is charged with

  • Study the real training requirements of the teaching, technical and service staff and devise training courses to meet those requirements
  • Work to create groups from all faculties and institutes of the university and other universities for cooperation in terms of capacity development and refining students' talents.
  • Coordinate with external training bodies to establish communication bridges in the field of training and human resources development
  • Looking for ways and means to develop the processes and methods used in administrative tasks via cooperation with the specialized companies, in addition to search for the latest technology and innovations the field of teaching methods and curriculum development so as to present them to teaching staff in
  • Seek opportunities for grants that develop cadres through training and research project support grants
  • Holding courses and workshops that discuss the problems of society and work to find solutions to them
  • Work on coordination with external bodies to qualify and employ graduates by providing courses concerned with ways to master and develop their job skills
  • Preparing brochures related to the activities offered by the center.
  • Prepare a training plan and training programs for its implementation.
