About The Center

It is one of the scientific departments administratively associated with the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, as it is the responsibility of this department to perform the third function of the university by serving the community by achieving the goals for which it was established, which is to provide institutions and the labor market in the community with trained and qualified cadres with knowledge, skills and experiences that achieve good performance through the establishment of various training programs and workshops in all disciplines and by specialized professors for individuals working at Al-Zahraa University and other Iraqi universities, as well as departments and the institutions of Karbala province and the rest of the provinces, as well as the contribution of this department in addressing the problems and phenomena suffered by the community and in all fields through holding meetings, seminars and various cultural activities, which give an indication of the university's communication with the community. The department will rely in its work on continuous improvement strategies, simulation of advanced international institutions and the pursuit of the application of their programs, and the rules of total quality and institutional excellence.

Upgrading the level of individuals, institutions and governmental and private organizations through the application of the latest practical training programs, if the individual rises the institution rises and if the institution rises, Iraq flourishes.

Our Mission

Providing community service to all individuals working inside and outside institutions through training, education and tests, by holding training workshops, cultural seminars, and specialized scientific training courses led by specialists in all fields.

Objectives of the Department

Upgrading the employee by entering specialized courses in his field.
2- Opening channels of communication with governmental and private institutions.
3- Increasing and deepening the relationship with the various state departments and civil society organizations.
4-Approaching the official authorities and others regarding the participation of their members in those courses and providing gifts and prizes to the outstanding in those course
5- Follow up the provision of all the requirements required for the establishment of training programs.
6- Follow up the implementation of courses in the field and according to the set plan.
7- Issuing the annual courses guide for training courses and circulating it to the concerned departments.
8- Conducting training programs that enhance students' skills and expertise in the field of specialization.
9- Conducting training programs for students that would enhance their life skills.
10- Designing and preparing training programs and packages in various fields by specialized trainers.
11- Qualifying graduates to work through special programs to qualify graduates.
