Under the aegis of President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Human Resources Development Department at Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein organized a developmental course entitled "Time Investment". This course was held in cooperation with Continuous Educational Department with the participation of administrative staff
Time planning, as confirmed by Ms. Nour Al-Huda Al-Saadi, the course presenter and human development trainer, is one of the most important time management techniques. It helps organize work by fixing detailed implementation steps and procedures. This could happen thanks to clarification of required daily and weekly tasks.
Furthermore, the course included several main topics, such as studies on time organization and its management without waste, due to its impact on life's eight pillars.
Additionally, Al-Saadi mentioned such most important aspects of the eight pillars, as spiritual, personal, and subjective as well as intelligent goal setting, by focusing on the required work. She also underscored the importance of categorical request rejection in some instances, determination, perseverance as well as methodological task completion.
Moreover, the presenter managed to shed light on time management exercises and how to program the subconscious mind to manage future plans. Inability to implement these plans, however, is considered as time wasting. Besides, she highlighted the concepts of self-understanding and social environment influences.
In the end, the presenter concluded the course with special focus on the notion of “entrusting” within the scope of "why and to whom I entrust my work tasks for time benefit". The three-day course which was offered nine hours a day, took place at Al-Kawthar Center on University's main premise.
It is noteworthy that Human Resources Development at Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein persists in the ongoing organization of such courses in cooperation with University Education Authority. The said courses come within the framework of the joint cooperation between Al-Zahraa University for Women and Holy shrine departments.
