Continuous Education at Al-Zahraa University Launches TOT Course in Human Development
This course comes as a positive step to empower participants in the field of training and practical and mental development after graduating as professional trainers.
The Head of the Continuing Education Department and the course presenter, the trainer (Dr. Farah Al-Fadhli), explained the importance of knowing the basics of preparing a professional trainer and addressing the most important main pillars in developing his skills.
The material was also presented in a training and applied manner for many activities to be a point of motivation and consolidation for the trainee, explaining the important steps in this regard.
The course lasted three days a week for three hours, and the participants were granted a certificate of accreditation and a license in training for a period of one year from the Continuing Education Department, renewable annually.
