The economic dimension has always been considered one of the basic factors for achieving sustainable development goals, along with the environment and social reality, based on the organic relationship between human activity and the surrounding environment, through which the optimal use of the labor and capital elements is ensured, represented in how to use technology and intensify the production process accordingly... Hence, the role of the labor element is embodied as an important axis of sustainable development, due to its important role in raising the productivity rates of other production elements, especially in the current stage that is witnessing tremendous developments, which requires developing the capabilities and skills of human resources to keep pace with these developments by establishing the foundations and methodologies for developing skills and dividing labor at the level of economic sectors to ensure maximum benefit from the working cadres. Through the workshop mentioned above, we explain the most important procedures for developing the capabilities of workers in sustainability indicators.
