Administratively affiliated with the President of the University,  the Continuous Education Center is one of the scientific departments entrusted with the responsibility of performing the third function of the university, namely to serve the community by achieving the goals for which it was established. The Center aspires to provide institutions and the labor market in the community with trained and qualified cadres equipped with knowledge, skills and experiences to attain good performance through various training programs and workshops in all disciplines and by specialized professors for individuals working at Al-Zahraa University and other Iraqi universities, as well as the departments and institutions of Karbala province and the rest of the provinces
