Al-Zahraa University for Women Signs Memorandum of Joint Cooperation to Open New Horizons in Fields of Training and Development

Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her) for Girls signed a memorandum of joint cooperation between the Human Resources Development Department at the Al-Hussain's (p) Holy Shrine, to open new horizons in the fields of training and development in building scientific and administrative capabilities that keep pace with the requirements of the academic and practical field. The memorandum, which was signed by the Head of the Continuing Education Department at the University (Dr. Farah Al-Fadhli) and the Head of the Human Resources Development Department, Mr. (Muhammad Al-Kanani), included several articles related to providing general workshops in the field of training and development, which will continue for a full academic year. Mind Maps Workshop on Importance of their Use in Educational and Administrative Process

The College of Education, Department of Arabic Language, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Department at Al-Zahraa University for Girls, launched a scientific workshop entitled Mind Maps and Teaching Skills, with the attendance of teaching and administrative staff at the Al-Kawthar Center in the main building of the university. "Time Investment" Developmental Course for Prior Planning & Self-Development

The Human Resources Development Department at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain (AS) under the supervision of the Presidency of Al-Zahra University (PBUH) for Girls, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Department, organized a development course entitled: (Time Investment) in which administrative staff cadres participated, at the Al-Kawthar Center in the main building of the university. Nour Al-Huda Al-Saadi, a human development trainer and course presenter, confirmed that planning is one of the most important time management techniques, as it helps organize work by defining the steps and procedures for its implementation in detail by clarifying the daily and weekly tasks required to accomplish it. The course also included several axes in this aspect, including studies on organizing time, controlling it and being careful with it, without wasting it due to its impact on the eight pillars of life. Al-Saadi mentioned the most important aspects of them, including spiritual, personal and subjective, setting goals intelligently, focusing on the required work, being firm in rejecting some requests, insistence, perseverance and following a methodology for completing matters. It touched on the time management exercise and how to program the subconscious mind to manage future plans and other than implementing them is considered a waste of it, the concept of self and the influences of the social environment. The conclusion was with delegation within the scope of why and to whom I delegate my work tasks to benefit from time, and the course lasted for three days for nine hours.
