Scientific Workshop on "Educational Statistics and Learning Theories" by Al-Zahraa University

The Continuing Education Department at Al-Zahraa University (peace be upon her) for Girls, in cooperation with Kut University College, held a scientific workshop entitled: (Educational Statistics and Learning Theories), presented by: Prof. Dr. Abdul Hussein Ghanem Sakhi, on Saturday 3/18/2023, in the English Language Department Hall. The workshop was attended by a group of teaching staff and trainers at the university. The workshop included a presentation of the most important theories based on explaining learning processes, namely the hypothesis theory, psychoanalysis, the behavioral school, the field school, and the Skinner school. As for statistics, it is one of the branches of applied mathematics and is divided into two types: descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, in addition to integrating theories with educational statistics, which works to help the professor understand the level of his students and conduct accurate examinations.
