The course came as part of a positive step to empower participants in post graduate practical and mental training and development as professional trainers.
Dr.Farah Al-Fadhli, Head of Continuous Education Department, presented the course. Dr. Al-Fadhli, explained the importance of basic information acquisition on the training of professional trainers and addressing the main points necessary for the development of their skills.
The course also presented in theoretical and applied fashions, many activities for trainees as motivation and stabilization points.
The three- day course took place in a week and was offered three hours a day. Each trainee received an accreditation certificate and an annually renewable training license valid for one year, from Continuous Education Department. Moreover, participants were given training bags to begin their work as University certified trainers.
